This past summer, the Fall River Museum of Contemporary Art (FRMoCA) piloted a summer teen residency program designed to engage local high school students in creative exploration and career development. The program brought together participants for weekly five-hour studio sessions held in the museum’s dynamic space, fostering an environment of collaboration and artistic growth. FRMoCA invited outside instructors and mentors from the community to guide the students, offering a range of perspectives and expertise. Among the highlights was a partnership with Vanson Leathers, which provided students with an inside look at local manufacturing and creative career pathways.
